The International Virtual Air Showcase ("IVAS", "we", "us", "our") is a community run virtual airshow event hosted on Roblox. Our website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics that profile you. The site does load fonts from a third party content delivery network to display correctly, which is a standard technical function and is not used to identify or track you. If we ever introduce cookies that store information about your visit, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
We keep your registration details only for as long as we need them to organise the event and keep you updated. Once the event has concluded, or once you ask us to remove your details, we will delete them. We do not keep personal data indefinitely "just in case".

IVAS is hosted on a platform that is popular with young people. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before submitting any personal information to us, and have them register on your behalf. If we become aware that we hold the details of a child under 13 that were provided without the involvement of a parent or guardian, we will delete them. If you are a parent or guardian and want a child's details removed, contact us and we will action it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back occasionally so you are aware of how we handle your information.
